RATE GUIDE - 2011

Summer: April 15 to December 19, 2011 and April 15 to December 19, 2011

Thanksgiving: November 22 to 29, 2011 and November 21 to 28, 2011

Christmas: 7 night booking arriving between Dec 20 & 22

New Year's: 7 night booking arriving between Dec 28

Winter: January 3 to April 14, 2011


The above rates include the following:

  1. • 7 nights accommodation (minimum stay requirement during major holidays and winter season)

  2. • 5 nights in the summer season, or less based on request in which case the weekly rate will be pro-rated.

  3. • Taxes are included

  4. • Staff gratuities are additional - 10% of winter rental rate and 15% of the summer rate.

  5. •Damage deposit of $ 500.00 is required, however, will be refunded after return of holiday if no damage

  6. •No meals or beverages are included in the above, please find information in our "Guest Directory"

  7. •Rates are based on double occupancy per room/suite - extra beds for extra persons or cribs are available based on request. There will be an extra person charge at US$ 50.00 per day.

  8. •Goat Hill can accommodate 3 extra persons, one extra bed per bedroom and 2 cribs.

  9. •Highchairs and cribs available complimentary

  10. •Rates are quoted in US Dollars


HOW TO BOOK:

Once the villa is available for dates requested, it will be held for 48 hours after which it will go back on the rental market. If your decision is to rent, we will HOLD the villa and send you an invoice and payment schedule. The booking is secured once the deposit has been received, thereafter a confirmation letter and receipt of payment will be sent.

PAYMENT POLICY:

A deposit of 50% of rental rate is due to secure the villa. The remaining 50% and any other charges are due 60 days prior to arrival date. For bookings made within these 60 days, full prepayment is required.

METHOD OF PAYMENT:

We accept US$ Bank Transfers, Bank Checks, Visa, Master-Card and American Express. Credit card payments attract a 3 % credit card fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If the booking is cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival date, the fee forfeited is 30% of rental rate. If the booking is cancelled less then 60 days prior to arrival date, all funds will be forfeited.



All cancellations must be received in writing either by fax or email.
